  • strong, reflective classroom practitioners who are passionate about teaching and learning and have the ability and dedication to become outstanding practitioners;
  • keen to expand their knowledge, skills and understanding of learning, education and pedagogy in order to grow and develop as practitioners;
  • will energetically enrich the curriculum for all our children;
  • are hardworking team players with a sense of humour;
